TrueNest provides independent home inspection and second-opinion services in the Austin, TX metropolitan area. Our inspectors evaluate properties and provide written reports. TrueNest does not perform repairs, maintenance, or remediation work of any kind.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our Services.
4. Scheduling and Payment
Inspection appointments are subject to availability. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Inspection Reports
Inspection reports reflect the conditions observed at the time of the inspection and are based on the professional judgment of the inspector. Reports are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute warranties, guarantees, or insurance policies regarding the condition of the property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueNest's total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the inspection giving rise to the claim. TrueNest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TrueNest and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the website, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
9. Indemnification
